Our back office provides qualified support for all product divisions and thus a place to go for any question that may occur when working with Mediaocean applications on a daily basis. Our employees are available to you between 8 a.m. and 7 p.m. (Mon-Fri).
An experienced support team is assigned to each client. Mediaocean employees are experts in their fields and able to advise you on an ongoing, detailed, and agency-specific basis when it comes to handling our system. Beyond that, they are happy to assist and advise you on all questions concerning the design of certain process flows.
Our OPS Technical (Operations Technical) Department supports your PC and client/server product needs. Employees are well-versed in PC and network environments as well as their interactions with Mediaocean applications.
